Clinics ~ Grief Healing Just as there is Medicine and various ways to practice medicine, there is a very special energy healing modality called Reiki. Jikiden Reiki & Traditional Usui Reiki are gentle, non-invasive methods of healing ourselves, each other and the earth using Spiritually Guided, Life Force Energy. Jikiden Reiki is a specific school of Reiki which fully and strictly retains the methods as taught by the founders of Reiki. Traditional Usui Reiki is the version which was adapted for western societies. A musically inclined client picked up on the difference immediately and described it this way: Usui Reiki plays like a violin ~ airy, lyrical, a high pitched, fine vibration, like a bird in flight playing on the waves of air; Jikiden Reiki plays like a cello ~ a solid, grounded base pitch, with a slower vibration, reverberating with a deep resonance. I find Usui Reiki is a wonderful all-round energy to use to heal and balance ourselves. Jikiden Reiki is the powerhouse for plowing through physical healing issues! In both cases, Reiki is provided through the hands, heart and mind of a Reiki Practitioner. With the recipient's conscious and subconscious desire and permission, Reiki stimulates their Inner Healer at the root of whatever most needs healing at that time. The root of an issue may lie in the Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and/or Physical Body, and it's possible to experience a miracle at any level if that is what is in your Highest Good. At the very least Reiki healing leaves a person relaxed and peaceful which enhances their perspective on any circumstance. To become a Reiki healer, a person receives a Reiki Attunement and Class from a Certified Reiki Master Teacher. Then, for as long as you want Reiki in your life, it will work with and for you. One of the greatest benefits of delivering Reiki is that as it passes through you, it speeds your own healing as well. Reiki is natural and easy to use, even small children can learn to work with Reiki! It's an exhilarating means through which to gain a richer understanding that your physical existence is but a tiny part of what we call Reality. Starr B is your hostess.
