Shoden
First Teaching, Parts 1 - 3
Shoden is two days of class which empowers you to begin specific healing for illness, injury, and disease for yourself and others. You also begin to affect the mental and emotional causes of physical problems, which helps ensure long-term healing.
You learn about Reiki and how it works, and how to use your eyes, hands and breath as tools for healing. You expand your abilities by learning to scan for toxins in the receiver's body; you learn a technique to stimulate blood circulation which is necessary to move blocks and toxins out of the body; and you learn techniques to increase your Reiki flow. You also receive the first Reiki shirushi (symbol) and how to use it to enhance the effectiveness of sessions on yourself and others.
You receive three Reiju over the course of the two days, a copy of the Official Jikiden Reiki training manual, and other crutial handouts.
At the end of class, you receive:
* A certificate in English.
* A
scroll style Japanese Reiki
certificate like the one Dr. Hayashi Sensei gave to his students (pictured
above).
Your Japanese
certificate is issued from the Jikiden Reiki Kenkyu Kai in Kyoto, Japan ~
it's beautiful, absolutely unique, a joy to own and display. Your certificate
receives Reiju (Attunement to Jikiden Reiki) to bless and radiate into your
healing room.
Two Day Class

Okuden
Inner Teaching (Parts 1 & 2)
The second level in Jikiden Reiki is called Okuden and consists of 2 sections. Students receive one Reiju (attunement) in each section. Okuden consists of both theory and practice and there is a great deal of information to take in. It is a packed day, but entirely worth it!
After completing the Okuden course you will be able to:
¨ Treat yourself and others to bring about change in unwanted habits. Such habits could include worrying too much, stubbornness, procrastination, excessive anger or even eating too many sweets!
¨ Help yourself and others give up unwanted addictive habits such as smoking or drinking too much
¨ Use Sei Heki Chiryo to treat psychological issues and the effects of trauma
¨ Use a Jumon and mantra to send distant Reiki to people anywhere in the world
